A colourful and nutritious dosa topped with sautéed mixed vegetables — perfect for sneaking in the veggies!
Ingredients:
- Thaayar dosa batter
- Mixed veggies (grated carrot, capsicum, onion)
- Salt and oil
- Pepper or chaat masala (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour dosa batter on tawa and spread thin.
- Top with veggies and press lightly.
- Drizzle oil, cook till crisp.
- Serve with ketchup or spicy chutney.
