A colourful and nutritious dosa topped with sautéed mixed vegetables — perfect for sneaking in the veggies!

Ingredients:

  • Thaayar dosa batter
  • Mixed veggies (grated carrot, capsicum, onion)
  • Salt and oil
  • Pepper or chaat masala (optional)

Instructions:

  • Pour dosa batter on tawa and spread thin.
  • Top with veggies and press lightly.
  • Drizzle oil, cook till crisp.
  • Serve with ketchup or spicy chutney.
