Mini idlis bathed in hot sambar served shot-style – the perfect bite-sized starter that brings warmth and flavour to your table.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup mini idlis (made from Thaayar idli batter)
- 1 ½ Cup hot sambar
- 1 Tsp ghee
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Steam mini idlis and keep ready.
- Heat sambar and pour into small bowls or shot glasses.
- Drop 3-4 mini idlis into each portion.
- Drizzle with ghee and garnish with coriander.
- Serve immediately while hot.
