Mini idlis bathed in hot sambar served shot-style – the perfect bite-sized starter that brings warmth and flavour to your table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup mini idlis (made from Thaayar idli batter)
  • 1 ½ Cup hot sambar
  • 1 Tsp ghee
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Steam mini idlis and keep ready.
  • Heat sambar and pour into small bowls or shot glasses.
  • Drop 3-4 mini idlis into each portion.
  • Drizzle with ghee and garnish with coriander.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
