Tiny adais turned into snackable bites! These canapés work great with toppings like curd, podi or even spicy chutney.
Ingredients:
- Thaayar adai batter
- Chutney or curd for topping
- Chopped onions/carrots
Instructions:
- Pour small amounts of batter to make coin-sized adais.
- Cook till crisp.
- Top with chutney or curd and garnish with veggies.
