Tiny adais turned into snackable bites! These canapés work great with toppings like curd, podi or even spicy chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Thaayar adai batter
  • Chutney or curd for topping
  • Chopped onions/carrots

Instructions:

  • Pour small amounts of batter to make coin-sized adais.
  • Cook till crisp.
  • Top with chutney or curd and garnish with veggies.
