A crunchy, fibrous variation of adai loaded with cabbage shreds. Light, crisp, and makes for a filling tiffin.
Ingredients:
- Thaayar adai batter
- 1 Cup finely shredded cabbage
- A pinch of asafoetida
- Oil
Instructions:
- Add cabbage and asafoetida to the batter.
- Pour batter on hot tawa and drizzle oil.
- Cook till crisp and golden.
- Serve with chutney or jaggery.
