A crunchy, fibrous variation of adai loaded with cabbage shreds. Light, crisp, and makes for a filling tiffin.

Ingredients:

  • Thaayar adai batter
  • 1 Cup finely shredded cabbage
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Add cabbage and asafoetida to the batter.
  2. Pour batter on hot tawa and drizzle oil.
  3. Cook till crisp and golden.
  4. Serve with chutney or jaggery.
