Take your regular masala dosa, roll it up into easy-to-carry wraps – ideal for kids and travel meals.
Ingredients:
- Thaayar dosa batter
- Potato masala (standard filling)
- Ghee or oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add green chilli, onion, turmeric, and sauté.
- Add mashed potato, peas, and salt. Cook for 2 mins. Cool.
- Prepare dosa on hot tawa with ghee.
- Spread potato masala at the center.
- Roll the dosa tightly.
- Slice and serve with chutney or wrap in foil for takeaway.
