Take your regular masala dosa, roll it up into easy-to-carry wraps – ideal for kids and travel meals.

Ingredients:

  • Thaayar dosa batter
  • Potato masala (standard filling)
  • Ghee or oil

Instructions:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Add green chilli, onion, turmeric, and sauté.
  • Add mashed potato, peas, and salt. Cook for 2 mins. Cool.
  • Prepare dosa on hot tawa with ghee.
  • Spread potato masala at the center.
  • Roll the dosa tightly.
  • Slice and serve with chutney or wrap in foil for takeaway.
