Turn your adai batter into crunchy vadai! These crispy golden fritters are perfect as a monsoon snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup thick adai batter
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix onions, green chilli, curry leaves, and salt into batter.
- Shape into small patties and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
