Turn your adai batter into crunchy vadai! These crispy golden fritters are perfect as a monsoon snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup thick adai batter
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Green chilli chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Mix onions, green chilli, curry leaves, and salt into batter.
  • Shape into small patties and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve with coconut chutney.
