Give your leftover dosa batter a crunchy avatar! These dosa bondas are soft, mildly spiced, and pair beautifully with filter coffee.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Thaayar dosa batter (slightly thick)
- 1 Tbsp rice flour
- ¼ Tsp baking soda (optional for fluffiness)
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green chilli chopped
- 1 Tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix dosa batter with rice flour, soda, chopped onion, chilli, cumin, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture into hot oil.
- Fry until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
