What happens if the ordered product is not available?

Delivery of certain items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances. In such cases, similar product, nearest to description shall be delivered. Conformation would be taken from the customer for the same through email.

What happens if there is no one at delivery address during delivery?

If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. You will be able to confirm for order value greater than  1,000/- only. For Invoice value more than  1,250 and less than  5,000, the delivery charges is 8% of the order value. For Invoice value greater than  5,001, the delivery charges is 7% of the order value.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in Mambalam Iyers. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.

What about warranty and hidden costs (GST, octroi etc.)?

There are no taxes except Octroi Charges.

What are the available refund options?

If THAAYAR is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability etc caused due to non-delivery.

Does THAAYAR deliver to international destinations?

THAAYAR will not deliver to international destinations as of now.
