Though traditionally made with green gram, this version uses a bit of Thaayar dosa batter for crisp texture and consistency.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup green gram (soaked overnight)
  • ½ Cup Thaayar dosa batter
  • Ginger, green chilli, cumin
  • Salt and oil

Instructions:

  • Grind green gram with ginger, chilli, cumin.
  • Mix with dosa batter and salt.
  • Spread on hot tawa and roast with oil.
  • Serve with allam chutney or coconut chutney.
