Though traditionally made with green gram, this version uses a bit of Thaayar dosa batter for crisp texture and consistency.
Ingredients:
- ½ Cup green gram (soaked overnight)
- ½ Cup Thaayar dosa batter
- Ginger, green chilli, cumin
- Salt and oil
Instructions:
- Grind green gram with ginger, chilli, cumin.
- Mix with dosa batter and salt.
- Spread on hot tawa and roast with oil.
- Serve with allam chutney or coconut chutney.
