Melting cheese oozing out of crispy dosa makes this a kid-friendly favorite and a modern café-style indulgence.
Ingredients:
- Thaayar dosa batter
- ½ Cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed)
- Butter or ghee
Instructions:
- Heat dosa tawa and pour a ladle of batter.
- Spread it into a thin circle and drizzle with butter.
- Once base cooks, sprinkle grated cheese at the center.
- Cover with a lid and let cheese melt.
- Fold and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
