Melting cheese oozing out of crispy dosa makes this a kid-friendly favorite and a modern café-style indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • Thaayar dosa batter
  • ½ Cup grated cheese (mozzarella or processed)
  • Butter or ghee

Instructions:

  • Heat dosa tawa and pour a ladle of batter.
  • Spread it into a thin circle and drizzle with butter.
  • Once base cooks, sprinkle grated cheese at the center.
  • Cover with a lid and let cheese melt.
  • Fold and serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
