A spicy Mumbai-Style street food twist to dosa! Schezwan pav bhaji dosa combines buttery bhaji, spicy sauce, and crispy dosa for an explosion of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • Thaayar dosa batter
  • 1 Cup pav bhaji (mashed and ready)
  • 2 Tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Finely chopped onion and coriander
  • Cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  • Spread dosa batter on hot tawa and cook until slightly crisp.
  • Spread butter and a generous layer of schezwan sauce over it.
  • Add a portion of prepared pav bhaji and spread evenly over the dosa.
  • Optionally sprinkle cheese and chopped onions.
  • Roll, slice, and serve hot with extra chutney or ketchup.
