A spicy Mumbai-Style street food twist to dosa! Schezwan pav bhaji dosa combines buttery bhaji, spicy sauce, and crispy dosa for an explosion of flavors.
Ingredients:
- Thaayar dosa batter
- 1 Cup pav bhaji (mashed and ready)
- 2 Tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Finely chopped onion and coriander
- Cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Spread dosa batter on hot tawa and cook until slightly crisp.
- Spread butter and a generous layer of schezwan sauce over it.
- Add a portion of prepared pav bhaji and spread evenly over the dosa.
- Optionally sprinkle cheese and chopped onions.
- Roll, slice, and serve hot with extra chutney or ketchup.
